01

About these terms

By using this website or signing in to Rxflow, you agree to these terms. “Rxflow”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of the Rxflow platform (ABN 73 672 801 937). “Customer” means a pharmacy or clinic that subscribes to Rxflow.

02

What Rxflow is, and isn't

Rxflow is software. It helps pharmacies and clinics manage bookings, consultations, prescriptions, orders, reminders and patient communication.

Rxflow does not give medical advice. Clinical decisions are made by the registered health practitioners using the platform, and medicines are supplied by pharmacies. In a medical emergency, call 000.

03

Accounts and security

  • Keep your sign-in details private and use multi-factor authentication where offered.
  • Customers are responsible for who they give access to, and for removing access when staff leave.
  • Tell us straight away at privacy@rxflow.com.au if you think your account has been misused.
04

Responsibilities of pharmacies and clinics

  • Use Rxflow in line with the laws and professional standards that apply to you, including prescribing, dispensing, TGA, AHPRA and privacy requirements.
  • Make sure you have the consents and notices needed for the information you enter and the messages you send.
  • Check that information in the platform, such as prescriptions, repeats and product details, is accurate.
  • Keep your connected systems, such as a dispensing system, configured correctly.
05

Patients

If you use Rxflow as a patient, you do so through your pharmacy or clinic. They are responsible for your care, your prescriptions and any orders you place. Please contact them about appointments, medicines, deliveries and refunds.

06

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Access information you are not authorised to see, or try to get around security controls.
  • Use Rxflow to send spam or messages the recipient has not agreed to receive.
  • Upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you do not have the right to share.
  • Copy, resell or reverse engineer the platform, except where the law allows.
07

Fees

Fees for customers are set out in their order form or customer agreement, including any pilot or founding-partner pricing. Payments made by patients for consultations or products are made to the pharmacy or clinic, through the payment provider shown at checkout.

08

Intellectual property

Rxflow, its software, design and brand belong to us or our licensors. Customers keep ownership of the data they enter, and give us the rights we need to host and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

09

Availability and changes

We work to keep Rxflow available and secure, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update features from time to time, and we will give customers reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect them.

10

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to a customer is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11

Suspension and ending access

We may suspend access to protect the platform, its users or patients, or if these terms are seriously breached. Customers can end their subscription under their customer agreement and can export their data before access ends.

12

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Questions about these terms can be sent to privacy@rxflow.com.au.
