Pricing questions
Yes. An Rxflow-branded patient portal, booking, telehealth consults, prescription management, the ecommerce engine, the pharmacy portal, the dashboard, compliance tooling and unlimited emails cost nothing to run. You only pay for usage: script purchases, transactions and SMS.
An upgrade. Every clinic and pharmacy gets an Rxflow-branded patient portal for free. For $5,000 + GST once-off, it becomes your own branded, custom portal: your patients see their scripts, order and reorder under your name, not ours. It's not a subscription.
$2 on every purchase made against a script, 2% on payments taken through Rxflow, and 10c for each SMS sent. Emails are unlimited and free. Costs grow only as your business grows.
